Hello!

Hi!

I'm Jacqui and I'm studying Nutritional Medicine. I try my best to live a compassionate, cruelty free and holistic life, am a passionate vegan and follow a vegan paleolithic diet. This means no grains, no refined sugar and no animal products - but i do include legumes, which aren't technically paleo friendly! 

I'm starting this blog as a way to share my recipes and the occasional wellness tip with friends, family, and whoever else might be interested!
