Matcha Balls
Makes 22 balls
- 250g cashews
- 2 Tbsp matcha tea powder
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1 cup coconut butter, melted
- pinch salt
- In a food processor, blend cashews until you have a fine cashew flour - some chunks are fine.
- Put your cashews in a big bowl (big enough to put your hands in and mix) and add your matcha, honey, coconut butter and salt.
- Get your hands in there! Everything should come together fairly quickly. At this point you can start shaping the mixture into balls. I used a tablespoon to measure out how much mixture I wanted to make each ball so that they were all the same.
- Let the balls set in the fridge for 20-30 minutes
